When payments are due

Three kinds of payment, three different schedules.

  1. 1.

    At checkout

Your first package period, the state filing fee and any extras you pick. Checkout lists each one as its own line before you pay.

  2. 2.

    Every month or year

Subscriptions renew on their billing cycle: formation packages yearly, address and mailbox plans monthly or yearly, as you chose.

  3. 3.

    On the state's schedule

Annual reports and franchise taxes are owed to the state, not to Registate. Amounts and due dates are in the state fee table.

State fees, paid to the state

These are government fees, separate from Registate's package price. The formation fee is added at checkout as its own line. The recurring fees are charged by the state on its own schedule.
