What's the same, what to check
The plans work the same way in every city. The building is what changes, so those details get confirmed with you, not assumed.
Same in every location
- Three address types: a street address with a PMB, a coworking member number, or an office suite under a lease
- Mail scanned, forwarded or stored online
- USPS Form 1583 for each recipient before mail at a PMB or member address is delivered
- The same plan features, from the plan list: included items, recipients and users
Different per location
- Price: each location has its own
- Whether the lease-backed plan is sold there (not in Soho today)
- The full street address, and who runs the building
- What you can use on site: meeting rooms, coworking, day passes, hours
Choosing a location in four steps
Everything happens online. You don't need to visit the location.
- 1.
Pick a city
Choose where you want your mail to go. Price and the lease-backed option vary by city.
Compare locations - 2.
Pick an address type
Mailbox, virtual office or lease-backed suite. Each is written differently on your mail.

Contact us - 4.
Complete the paperwork
Sign USPS Form 1583 for a mailbox or member address. The lease plan comes with a lease and utility bill.
Form 1583 guide
Sources, checked September 2026: USPS DMM 508.1.8 (CMRA and Form 1583). No address guarantees a bank account or platform approval; each provider decides.
Location FAQs
Which cities, why prices differ, and what to confirm before you choose.
Six: San Francisco (CA), Washington (DC), Wilmington (DE), Tampa (FL), Nomad (NY), Soho (NY). Nomad and Soho are both in New York City.
Each location has its own price list. San Francisco, Nomad and Soho cost more for mailbox and office plans than Washington, Wilmington and Tampa. The lease-backed plan has its own price per city.
Not everywhere. Our plan list has it in every location except Soho. It comes with a signed lease for an office suite and a utility bill, on a 12-month commitment.
Ask us. We confirm the full address, current availability and what's on site for the location you want before you pay.
No. The address is where your mail goes; your company is formed in the state that filed it. If the company actually does business in another state, that state may ask it to register there.
No address can promise that. Each bank or platform decides, and some reject addresses they identify as a mailbox. The lease-backed plan gives you documents they often ask for.
